Week 2: Why Everything Feels So Overwhelming
We’ll cut through the noise of conflicting health advice and give you a simple way to filter information so you can make clearer, more confident decisions.

Week 3: The Core Root — Stress, Hormones, and Your Nervous System
You’ll learn how chronic stress and nervous system patterns impact your energy, mood, and hormones—so you can better understand what your body is responding to.

Week 4: Time, Energy, Finances, and Real Life
We’ll release all-or-nothing thinking and focus on what’s actually sustainable, helping you build consistency that fits your real life—not an ideal version of it.

Week 5: Becoming a Partner in Your Healthcare
You’ll learn how to advocate for yourself, communicate clearly with providers, and step into a more confident, collaborative role in your care.

Week 6: Rebuilding the Relationship With Your Body
We bring it all together by shifting from frustration to trust—learning how to listen to your body and respond with more compassion and confidence.
