Real-Life Wellness for Real-Life People *
Practical tools, soulful support, and no-BS self-care for those ready to feel better — for real.
You deserve to feel like yourself again — calm, clear, and able to show up fully for the people you love.
Stress touches nearly every part of our lives — and its impact on our emotional and physical health is no small thing. From gut issues and autoimmune conditions to chronic pain, heart concerns, anxiety, and burnout, the effects are real. And you're not imagining it — nearly every American is feeling it.
The truth is, we can’t always control the noise of the world.
But we can learn how to respond in ways that support our well-being, instead of depleting it.
Science now backs what many of us have felt all along: our emotional health is directly connected to our physical health — and both shape our mental clarity and spiritual strength.
I have lived the journey.
I continue to walk the journey.
I would love to support you on yours.
Hi, I’m Hope — At heart, I'm a teacher, storyteller, and connector who believes wellness should feel practical, approachable, and rooted in real life.
Like many women, my wellness journey hasn't followed a straight line. It's included health challenges, trauma, grief, unexpected detours, and plenty of moments where I wished someone would hand me a roadmap. I've learned that wellness is less about perfection and more about building a relationship with ourselves—one rooted in curiosity, self-compassion, and a willingness to keep learning.
Now, I share what I've learned through education, conversation, and community. My hope is that every woman who finds her way here feels a little less overwhelmed and and a little more confident.
I live a beautifully adventurous life with my husband, Sky, bouncing between Montana and California. We spend our time camping, road-tripping, and soaking in the wisdom of nature — it keeps me grounded and inspired.
I’m also a proud mom to four grown daughters, a couple of amazing sons-in-law, and a joyful gaggle of grandkids who remind me every day what really matters.
Wellness Without the Rules
I bring the grit and practicality of a mountain-rustic, dirt-bike-riding, tomboy-at-heart lifestyle to my work—because I know wellness isn't one-size-fits-all.
Bring your cowboy boots, crystals, four-wheelers, meditation cushions—or all of the above. This isn't a space where you have to fit a mold, quote the right gurus, or keep up with the latest wellness trends. It's about finding what works for you and creating a life that supports your well-being.
But I didn't arrive here because I had all the answers.
It started with a medical diagnosis—one that could have defined me, but didn't.
Instead of accepting it as my fate, I made a different choice. I realized that the way I was living was working against my health, not for it.
That journey changed everything.
Through my own experiences with chronic stress, grief, health challenges, and life's many transitions, I've learned that wellness is about understanding ourselves more deeply, having the right tools and support, and creating sustainable practices that help us navigate life's ups and downs with greater resilience and self-compassion.
Whether I'm writing, teaching, leading a workshop, or facilitating a wellness circle, my goal is always the same: to create space for people to feel seen, heard, and supported as they move toward a more peaceful, empowered way of living.
If you've found your way here, I'm so glad our paths have crossed.
Let's walk this road together—with honesty, hope, and a little bit of adventure.

What Self-Care Really Means (Hint: It’s Not Just a Face Mask)
Real self-care is about doing what genuinely nourishes you — taking time to refill your cup before it runs dry. It’s a conscious choice to care for your well-being, not just in the moment, but in a way that supports you long-term.
But here’s the thing: not everything that feels good is actually good for you. It’s easy to slip into habits that soothe stress temporarily — but don’t truly restore us. Coping mechanisms might take the edge off, but they often come at a cost.
True self-care feels different.
It supports your mind, body, and spirit in ways that last — not just for now, but for the life you're building.
