I help people navigate stress, healing, and transformation by sharing what I’ve learned through both lived experience and years of collaboration in the wellness world. My work blends education with emotion, structure with soul, and always comes back to one thing: creating space for honest connection.

I live a beautifully adventurous life with my husband, Sky, bouncing between Montana and California. We spend our time camping, road-tripping, and soaking in the wisdom of nature — it keeps me grounded and inspired.

I’m also a proud mom to four grown daughters, a couple of amazing sons-in-law, and a joyful gaggle of grandkids who remind me every day what really matters.

Why this work matters to me

It started with a medical diagnosis — one that could have defined me, but didn’t.

Instead of accepting it as my fate, I made a different choice. Step by intentional step, I began listening to my body, questioning old habits, and peeling back the layers of stress that had quietly taken root in my life. I realized that the way I was living was working against my health, not for it.

That journey changed everything.

After walking through my own seasons of chronic stress and burnout, I became passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves — not through pressure or perfection, but through curiosity, compassion, and simple, sustainable tools.
